BNEW Rolex's Crystal Scratch / Chip

Would you go as far as replacing your Brand New Rolex's Crystal if it gets chipped?

Hit mine on someone's jewelry, there is an extremely small chip, thinking of replacing the crystal to make 100% again

It would be nice to see some pics. If it's a mini chip, I'd leave it.
