Pepsi Poll
ALl these GMTII threads make me sad.
I would really love a shiny Pepsi. I did think about a used one at my AD a while back but I held off and it was duly snaffled by Martin (jdc)!!!! So, I need some supprt here guys. Do you think I will ever get my Pepsi? I have two Rolex watches, my LV and my vintage OD which I willl never flip...is a third one just overkill? With the economy the way it is and architectural/construction work slowing, my wife would have me sleeping in the shed if I bought one!!!! Vote now and let me know your feelings! J |

Jim,
You will get one if you really want one. But always better and more satisfying when the wife is on board with the whole thing. Good luck, dP

If i have to cross a river to get one, i would.
If i have to fight a dragon to get one, i would. If i have to live in a shed for a few nights to get one, i would!! Just get it, if your wife is still unhappy after a few days, flip it. At least you get to play with a pepsi for sometime (picking the next deserved owner does take sometime ) If you price it right, you are not going to lose money, especially not with this discontinued model. |

I think the watches will be around for a long time. Slipping stuff past the wifey only creates problems. Take it from an old experienced hand. Now, on the other hand, with markets doing the way they have, maybe y...........nah. Is the shed comfy? What a conundrum. OK, here's how to look at it. There are thousands of women out there who love you and want to spend their life with you. However, there is only one Pepsi GMT. Does that help?

Find one of the same age as your son. That will be his. Unless you end up liking it so much that you give him the Sub!
