What dial color ? Need pics 116234
So finally I decided to add a new member to the collection. I've decided to add a 116234 ss fluted bezel on a jubilee bracelet. I am torn between the white vs silver index dial.
My current collection includes a BLNR and a subc TT black so am looking for something with a light dial color and with a jubilee bracelet to feel the change from the oyster sports models. Post pics if you can to help me pick one , cheers guys Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk |

Silver is more elegant and white is a bit sportier, what is your preference? Personally i like silver for dressy and blue for sporty .

I agree with Josh. Silver is more elegant and white more sporty.
Great watch either way |

Since you already have two sport watches I would go with the silver dial as it's a bit more on the dressy side.

I had the blue one and slowly ended up not liking it at all to be honest, stick with the white :)

To each his own but my preference would be silver (sunburst) dial. Looks "nicer" and as others have stated, the white is sportier but it's primarily a dress watch (especially with the jubilee) so I think the nicer dial will match better. I also think it's more classic in that combo.
You can always go "sporty" by taking the jubilee off and throwing it on a leather strap. Some examples:

Silver is elegant, White is sporty. And don't limit yourself to a brand new model. You can get both a White and a Silver if you do it right. That DJ up there is from 1968 and that TOG is from 2006, they are virtually indistinguishable from the modern versions, are more interesting, and are far less expensive. |
