The pain begins....
Middlesborough 2, Tottenham Hotspur 0.
Mido?????????????????????????????????????????????? ?? Why do I put myself through it? Every year we reach that little bit further for the stars yet we end up falling so far. I need a drink! J |

You still need an excuse to have a drink, I'm way beyond that Sorry for the hijack. Now I will comfort you with that one sentence that will make you feel much, much better: "It is only a game"

First permed manager to get boot Ramos?????????????
Surely you mean Keegan. ROFL? Gunners? What kind of Man Utd fan are you? Plastic? Most Spurs fans pray the sulky bulgarian will be at Man Utd next week...the sooner we can get it done the sooner we can start looking towards the future! As much as I hate to say it...Chelski are gonna walk it this year...signing of the year....Deco by a mile! J |

You may be spot on with that!!!!!! cant see them loosing more than four or five games!!!!!!!!
Keegan will walk out as usual!!!!!!!! A man utd fan born in Manchester !Supported them all my life. All the ups and ups and ups Before ChelskiS display today I was felling we would win the Perm, not so sure now, So the gunners or spurs can come second every year as long as we win.. And believe me i sulk for days if we loose, I'm sulking now after today just cant drop points like that and expect to keep up with Chelsea. |

I hope Arsenal win the Premiership
Keep an eye on the Gunners!
Without Berbatov [even with ever apparent bad attitude] and Keane [great professional] Spurs may not have a great year with what to me seems a slow midfield and very vulnerable Woodgate [good player when fit.]

Arrrrghhhhhhh all this pro Gooner support is gonna bring out the Brighton Gooner Genie...quit rubbing his damn lamp.
Chelsea looked strong in pre season and have a point to prove. With their new coach, they now have the ability to turn a game around, something they dearly missed last year (see our tin pot cup win at Wembley). Man Utd have stood still. I don't think Berba will make the difference. He will work with a smaller striker up front but they already have that in Rooney or Giggs. I don't think we'll miss Keane or Berba....we were Tottenham Hotspur before them, we'll be T.H after them. If so it's better to have an average season missing the two than a bad one keeping them here to disrupt the rest. J |

1. You wake and watch the kind of push and run football Spurs played under Bill Nicholson. Downside you are at the Emirates watching Cesc & Co 2. You sign Messi and Kako and Pato begs to join Spurs. Unfortunately you are performing this as a standup comedian at the Edinburgh fringe 3. You retain the Milk Cup, and make all the Gooners go green with envy |

Weight issue
Even though there was more of them to love Spurs fans must be pleased to see Dawson and Huddleston have shed a few kilos.

Chris
Hutton is great, much needed steel at the back. Corluka would be good too if we can sort things out with old Thaksin!!!!! I kinda hoped we'd go for Alonso, we desperately need a holding mid as Sat's game showed. When your defence is all arses and elbows, you just cannot play two attacking CMs. Liverpool looked pants Kai...their season depends on torres and Stevie G. J |

I think, the real pain begins when the poms beat us aussies in the olympic medal counts. Looks like our Sports minister will be wearing a GB jumper soon (nice looking chic too )
Still, they have fewer swimming pools than us |

i know would you believe that GB are 3rd in the medals table- it is amazing. But all , (if i am not wrong) of the medals have come from cycling, rowing swimming and sailing. That is dominance and i am so surprised. and the best of them all is Chris Hoy- who is scottish
