Dents on 1950 Case

I have a PAM312 (with 1950 case), and it sits higher than most other watches, so I find myself unintentionally hitting the case on things like desks more often than with my other watches. Anyone else have this issue or is it just me?

I've managed to get a few, minor nicks and dents on the bezel and case of my PAM 312. Would Panerai service be able to remove the minor ones? And are the bezels replaceable?

Hi, I don't see why those things couldn't be corrected during service. However, you can always call PSC and post some pics here, so other members can give you feedback.

Pictures here. The bottom Zoomed in photo makes it looks worse than it really is compared to the regular picture and IRL. The two small nicks are on the horizontal and vertical sides of the case. The one on the lug is a scratch.

It could easily be removed, but over polishing a watch will remove material and if you do it too often overtime, it will de-value your watch... Personaly I think a watch is always nicer when it feels a little worn rather than brand new. It adds a little personality and character, it makes it unique and gives it history.

My 233 is FAR worse than yours lol I have learned to live with it, but have often wondered if it was correctable come service time

I have a couple of nicks on my 351 but they only bother me. My wife says she doesn't notice them but they feel rough to the touch. Probably not worth a refinish until I get it services down the line. Knowing me I would probably nick it up again.

Don't sweet the small things in life. It gives the watch character. Look what happened to my Rolex after one month of owning it:

The diamond marker cracked (I bumped into a door jamb). The second one is how the watch looks after wearing it 24/7.

Live with it. Going to happen and once it's all cleaned up. Going to smack it again. Some spots are harder to clean up than others.

With Panerai prices. Replacing parts not the smart thing to do.

Let it get battled scarred. Bought my watch in 2005 and it is what it is. Never polished

Would polishing at least lessen/soften the ding at all?
