GMT II blue noire faulty?

Hi, I've finally joined the club and purchased my first Rolex. I'm not sure if it's a lemon or not as I noticed some strange behaviour when adjusting the minute hand, if I wind the minute to the correct minute and let go of the crown sometimes it "pulls to a minute or half a min before or after". The only way to get the exact time on minute hand is to hold the crown and immediatly push it in. If feels like there is a tiny resistance within the movement at certain points ie I feel a slight pulling on the crown..is this normal, thanks in advance
