No, even a (Swlss) Sellita would be a step up from the typical (Asian) ETA clones found in most replicas. While there are a couple counterfeiters that do offer them (and actual ETA movements) at a premium/additional cost, I'd say that 99% of all fakes that claim to have a "genuine ETA movement" are in fact just cheap Asian clones. The cost of a genuine Sellita movement would make most fakes cost-prohibitive, with a genuine ETA being even more.
