I always wanted to get an sd4k bezel and put it on my 114060 as I really like a busier bezel.i think it looks great.

The seconds "hash" marks go completely around the bezel insert, only the new SD has this feature I believe.

I don't think integrated is the right word. More than likely "graduated". He is speaking about the bezel have 60 minute marks instead of the Sub's normal 15.

It would be cool to see a two tone anniversary SD 4000 with this bezel

I saw one in an AD's window in Brussels a few years ago, but it was the blue version with the sunburst dial.

So if this has shown up in AD windows, then any guesses what the deal is?

I recall reading a few post about the SeaDweller style bezel on the two-tone subs a few years ago. The link the original poster has shows a 2013 watch. Possibly there was an issue with bezel production for a short period and the used existing supply of SeaDweller bezels on the sub.

No, a short production run variation.

I think this is what happened, we first saw them just before the SDC was released.

It only surprises me in that you'd think with the number of Subs produced that if there was a shortage of bezels due to some production problem, we'd have seen many more of these fully indexed bezels on TRF than the few that have popped up.

I'll need to find out a little more about this one, the funny thing is that this watch was sold new by another store I worked at. I'll come back with some on the wrist shots on Monday

Well funny thing is the these are on the TTs, on the SS I can understand the error but as there is no TT SD it is quite strange, so possibly these were an experiment and a few prototypes slipped thru the production net, hence why we have seen so few of them.

Good to see a SubDate with the correct bezel markers to be called a Diver as per ISO.
