help shrinking my bracelet

Nice mod by RSC! Guess the fixed pin (typical shown below) was replaced by a link with a screw? Can you post a side view picture of it? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

help shrinking my bracelet
Looking at pictures you can reduce the size a bit by sliding the springbar at the clasp; you can do that with a toothpick or similar object. Have you try that? If still too big need to then remove a link and move then clasp setting towards the opposite side

mmm looks like a lot of strain n the center of a spring bar there ,,,, id not be happy with that .
but then again , ive just added 4 half links to an explorer bracelet more links , nmore flex , more comfort. not a spring bar , ok , just missing the end link ,,, got it now , so its supported |

thats what i thought too ,,, i had a lot of problems getting an exp bracelet just right ,,, and was tempted to do just whats pictured there ,,, but the physics behind it is wrong ,,, i think a good snag would bend the pin and have the watch on the floor ,,, not ideal at all.
not being smart , just speaking as an engineer. |
