Yep, sat without my money or my watch for 5 1/2 months and had to go through all sorts of other non sense. I didn't update the thread but a few months after I recieved the watch back (which at a minimum they stole my crown as this one on it now wont even screw down to the case. Clearly was screwed down in the pic.) But paypal ended up getting my money back for about 48-72hrs before BHJ said I had the watch back. Which I was trying to figure out how to send back with paypal. But the whole situation was messed up and I've learned far more about Credit Card protection laws and how useless an organization PayPal is through it all.

PayPal class-action important date
Thanks for the link & reminder. But I don't qualify.
In over 250 sales on eBay since 2004 and exclusively using PayPal for payment, I never had a hold. Some sales were in $10-20K territory and mostly race cara, trailers and race junk. Later Rolexes and Omegas and those were between $4-12K. I had disputes but handles each one with no holds. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
