Incoming, so happy

PAM670, combines two great things I like, the rarely seen Equation of time and a stunning blue dial.

Probably one of the most eye catching I have ever seen...excuse my ignorance, but is that a new production or vintage?

Need to see some pics in sunlight to show how incredible that dial really is. I'm looking forward to Monday because it's the turn of my 690 in my rotation

Thanks guys, I love it more and more every day ! It retails here at 21K eur, but it is worth it. It is a 2016 release, part of the Panerai recent released "blue" collection, limited to 500 pieces.

Would love to see some shots of it in the sun. Not much chance of that in Belgium for a good few months yet though

I'll see if it's still available if I'm not struck on the sapphire 372. I want one more PAM for my collection

Truly beautiful watch.

I'm a little rusty but for what it's worth; before the wonders of GPS, the "equation of time" functionality of that watch brings back the days with old school ships navigators who needed to know and used EOT (found in the Nautical Almanac) for taking a noon sight, via sextant, for computing latitude at sea LAN (local apparent noon). Once computed, latitude could be applied to known morning/afternoon "sun line" observations taken for a Lat/Long "fix" at sea.

Gorgeous piece, congrats!

That is an absolute stunner, one of the most beautiful PAMs I have seen.

Thanks for sharing this... But we need more pics.

I like your choice of strap, really compliments the watch and dial. From what I have seen the watch comes with a blue alligator, but I much prefer the look of yours.

M.

I tried one of the equation of time models at the botique in Las Vegas a couple of years ago. I was told the factory had to set the equation of time complication based on your home latitude / longitude. Is this correct?

Either way, nice pick up.
