Ceramic bezel replacement on Daytona

Dropped the Daytona on marble floor today. The bezel did its job protecting the watch. Although ceramic bezel doesn't scratch easily, it's no Match against hard surface upon hard impact .

Whoa!
Well, at least it was the bezel and not the crystal. Hopefully, you'll get it fixed and get it back good as new.

Thats gotta hurt. Interesting that the ceramic looks like a veneer on top of stainless steel.

Would be interested to know what Rolex charges for this replacement.

This shot will live on as a legend on the internet......gut wrenching. Hopefully no other major damage was done and you get it sorted.

Oh man, and by the looks of it that watch has not been around too long. It was just the bezel, which is great for you... Curious to know the cost as well. Best of luck buddy! To a speedy recovery!

Is that a Platona or a modded SS with aftermarket parts as you have discussed before? Bezel and dial look wrong.

I bet Rolex will want to give it a full service because of the impact.

Ouch! But that might be one of the less expensive replaceable part of that watch?

Hi there !
sorry for your loss, really!
but, due to a recent tread, your picture is the best example to answer a lot people questions regarding why there isn't a Rolex Explorer II with a ceramic bezel !

Be well !
