Rolex Reference 8171 "Padellone" sold for over $1 Million
Not sure how many have been following the Phillips auction in Hong Kong that took place on November 28th, but I thought it was pretty cool that the Padellone sold for over a million dollars us! I added a photo to my blog if anyone wants to check it out and read up on it. They had some other references that look nothing like the models we see today. John Goldberger did a great job curating the pieces IMO.
