Good morning folks ! Please look at my other ads, moving almost all my collection !


I came to a decision to let go one of my best vintage pieces. Here we have a very nice from the 60’s old school Alarm Mechanical beauty. The Croton - Nivada Grenchen Wanderer with the great Alarm by Vulcain Cricket. This Nivada Grenchen Wanderer is very special because she has the Vulcain Cricket 120 movement AND a rotating GMT 12-hour bezel !!!! Basically all the alarm pieces of that era, as great as they are, are more on the "dressy" side, but this Wanderer is really way more on the sporty side yet a classic with her GMT bezel ! This is a Croton build, meaning the US version of the same Nivada company. I like this one better since the bezel has the silver and not black like the other European version. The Cricket movement is a gem, and it is loud !!!. I thought I will never part with her, but as you know by now this purge has to continue. Great vintage wrist presence with a very balanced dial. The domed acrylic crystal is in outstanding condition and you can see in the pictures the beautiful distortion it creates. You can see the very nice aged patina dots at each marker and the beautiful patinated hands, and the awesome 13/24 red marks at the makers. All original with a brand new leather band. She has been a safe queen. Keeping really good time for a vintage piece. I have made an attempt to make a video to show how loud the Cricket movement is but please excuse the poor execution, I am really not a good video person. I can assure you this little beasty is loud !!! (Please look at the last picture, it is actually a video). TZ 97% (for a vintage piece). Price $1599.
