Saw the DD II in person today
It seems they are out already in my city
Both ADs in the center of Athens had them in stock Got a chance to try the YG version with mop dial The watch is stunning It looks bigger than daytonas, in fact it looks bigger than anything besides the DSSD and my YM II ...well I keep forgeting it IS bigger than classic sport models by 1mm Definately not a watch for a skinny wrist I hope they keep producing the classic daydate too I was really impressed by this beauty Didn't get to see the WG version yet (they didn't have it) I know this thread is pointless without pics but I didn't excpect to see the watch so soon so my camera was left at home by the way a poor DSSD is sitting at the same window since last week but nobody is buying it (and they even offer a 5% discount on it...)

Interesting. I'd actually like to see photos of a DD II next to a Sub Date or GMTII or something for comparison, because I just can't imagine the DD II being bigger than the sport models (or even as big). It just seems a little odd.
TBH though, I don't like the new designs on the DD II dials (the lines and circles), I like the DD dial simplicity more.
