Thanks for posting...this is very interesting. As a local Torontonian I wonder how this will affect the local market. Does anyone think this will make negotiating in AD's easier? Obviously the at the boutique there won't be much in the way of deals.

I'm currently in the market for a 116610LN and I would like to buy new if possible but really don't want to pay retail (and obviously I would be paying cash to get the best price possible). I wonder how this will affect the sate of things here in TO.
