I really quite fancy one of these to complement my 114060 Submariner No Date? What do you think?

It is always nice to break up the roundness of ones watch case but they are super small compared to an 114060.

Looks nice but in my experience they are too small. If you like this style of watch look at some of the modern size ones from JLC.

A Cellini Prince is my next purchase. That version of the Prince, at least for me, wears very well and is quite legible.

I always say "try it on". I was completely sold on the DSSD until I tried it on: looked and felt no good on me, looks great on others, oh, well. Have started wearing bubblebacks lately, very comfortable and wonderful, always thought they'd be too small. They are not.

Most have redone dials, cases fixed up
need to be very careful if you want all original

Small?

The watch is 42 mm long...and nearly 25 mm wide.

For a tank style watch ... it's huge.

It's almost as long as a 60's Rolex sports watch and for a rectangle shaped case...24 mm is proportionately appropriate to the length.

I don't know what you want...I hear there are new bund straps for the Big Ben. :-/

My railway prince does look small on the wrist but the Brancard do look great on my wrist

Definitely the later one with the small dial is also thinner...

The Brancard is pretty HUGE. But I have a small wrist.

If the Railway really bothers you you can mail it to me ;-)

Although Pink and Steel or all steel is my grail.
