GMT thoughts?
I'd love some thoughts on this GMT. 91 by serial number. Definitely looks like a service dial.

Looks like a clean example to me.

It is a service dial! 1991 should be tritium i.e. SWISS T < 25 not SWISS MADE.

Thanks everyone... Would a service dial diminish the value of the watch?

That dial is fake.
Even for a legitimate service dial from that era, I believe the print at the bottom should just be "Swiss" and not "Swiss Made". That may not be an absolute, but that's how all of the service dials I've seen from that period and beyond have been marked. Also, the watch looks to have been way over-polished as well IMO (the lug holes look particularly bad). Bottom line: Pass. |

So that would depend on the year of the "service" dial. Thanks Adam
