FS: Rolex Datejust ref. 1600 Matte Black and Red Flakes Dial w/ Punched Papers

Offered for sale is a beautiful and unique example of the classic ref. 1600 Rolex Datejust (4.1M Serial #) in great condition.

Details:

Dial: The rare matte black dial with small red and green flecks is in great condition with no noticeable blemishes and a beautiful cream patina with matching hands. The red and green flakes are hard to capture on camera but are visible in person or with a loupe. Any sorts of blemishes that may appear in the photos are scratches in the crystal or lint and not actual damage on the dial.

Case: Stainless steel case is good condition with minor surface scratches from use. Reference and serial numbers are clearly visible between the lugs.

Bracelet: The watch comes fitted with a 7836 folded oyster bracelet with 12 links and 380 end links in great condition.

Additional: The watch currently runs well but service history is unknown. The original punched warranty certificate is included with the watch.

Asking $5,450 by wire (or check deposited to my bank account) shipped and insured within the US or face to face in the Los Angeles area. International shipping available at an additional cost.

Returns only accepted within 3 days of receipt if item is not as described and is returned in the same exact condition as it was originally sold. Refunds will be considered upon a full inspection and will amount to the purchase price minus shipping and handling costs. Buyer is responsible for the return postage, insurance, and safe delivery of the watch back to me. Due to the complexity of shipping to the US from abroad, all international sales are final.
