Cal 3130 (Absence Reverse Wind Click)?
Hey guys,
I handled a pre-ownedAir King 14000m from 2002 with the caliber 3130 the other day. Upon trying to hand wind it, I noticed that I couldnt feel/hear any gears clicking when I reverse wind it. (turning the crown counter clockwise) Is this a normal thing? Its seems to wind smoothly and is keeping time within COSC spec.... Should I be worried? |

Oh wow, didn't know that this was a thing with the 3130 considering every automatic Ive owned in the past has the clicking when I reverse wind.
thanks! |

They will click in the CCW direction, it is a neutral ratchet though, and does nothing functional.
I'm listening to a 14060M right now, clicking in CCW direction.
