Does MSRP increase during BASEL?

Thinking about pulling the trigger on a TT GMT (buying from an AD), but wanted to wait and see what comes out at BASEL. Does the MSRP go up as soon as the new changes are announced at BASEL? Any info. would be appreciated.

I don't think so, but you could always make a deal that if there is a price increase the AD will honor the original price

Does MSRP increase during BASEL?

For existing models, no. But a new model release may eclipse an old one at a higher price.
For example, the 116500 intro'd @ Basel in 2016 had a price uplift compared to the 116520 it replaced - but all existing 520's kept their pre-Basel MSRP.

It did? I thought they were always 12400? What was the 116520 price?

I think your memory is better - I thought it had been 12,000 before Basel

I think the 520 was $12K when the 500 was announced.

Existing model's price will not change but a new model may have a higher price, but then you may prefer the new one as well.

Short answer, no.

I think the only benefit you're going to get by waiting is in case you see something you like better than what you've got your eye on now.

That is why I want to wait, but I was just concerned that the price on the TT gmt was going to jump up at the release time. If I don't see anything I like better at BASEL reveal, I am buying the TT GMT.

In Florida MSRP haven't changed since June 2012, and since june 2012 there have been Basel 2013, Basel 2014, Basel 2015, Basel 2016 ... and soon Basel 2017 ...

Does it answer your question ?

If memory serves, that was taken doing pipe work in the Gulf of Mexico, but maybe a marine salvage job. Prob. not fresh water, most of my fresh water have been pulic safety dives without hat. ( this shot from a few years ago, so not sure). I live on the west coast of Florida.

Not necessarily, but how the heck would any of us know the answer unless we ran Rolex?
