Does your Rolex motor move/vibrate as you move your wrist? Please Help

Hi Everyone,
I have a 1996 14060 submariner about once or twice a day I feel the movement/motor move as I move my wrist meaning it vibrate/jolt for a fraction of a second. It feels like a shock. Is this normal? Do you all feel this once in a while?

I bought this watch 4 months ago from a jewelry store and the owner told me I have a 1 year warranty on the movement. Should I take the watch back to the jewelry store and tell them about this issue or is this just normal for the watch to do this. Keep in mind the jewelry store does not have a Rolex account so can their watchmaker really help in this case, I mean I do not want aftermarket parts for my watch. Or should I just send it to Rikki from Timecare?

it has a caliber 3000 motor movement in the watch.
