It's a Rolex ladies cocktail watch. Called a camelion as you can easily change the band that you got in 3 colours, note the band threads ( no fiddling with springbars) and you could buy more colours to match your outfit. Lol

It is a ladies watch, not a childs.
Otherwise, yes "Chameleon" model. Those crazy Aussies must spell it wrong.

I kind of like "camel-lion" better. It implies the shape-shifting ability with just a hint of the sort of thing that gets me into trouble.
