In February of this year I purchased my first brand new Rolex from an AD since 1984. I receive inner/outer boxes, manual then my warranty card was mailed. Didn't Rolex at one time include the COSC papers and when did they stop or did they ever?

Not for MANY years.... Exact year, I couldn't tell you.

That is what the red hang tag, now green, represents! COSC certified.
