Overwinding when changing the date on my Datejust
Hi
Just wondered if someone could clarify this for me? I went to change the date on Datejust a few days ago and I had a few problems as my husband normally does it for me. I unscrewed the crown and at what I thought was the first click I wound the watch and nothing happened. I tried this a few times before realising that the crown actually pops out completely and it's very easy to realise when to change the date. I am now worried that I have overwound, or caused damage to the watch (although it is working just fine.) I've looked on the internet and eveything I find says you cannot over wind a Rolex. Could someone confirm this please? Many thanks
