Another Explorer II from DavidSW... great experience

Saw another thread of someone getting an Explorer II from DavidSW. Here's mine!

As expected, it was a smooth transaction with DavidSW. Based on this experience, I'm not sure if I will visit my AD for new Rolex anymore. I enjoy working with David and will buy more from him.

David was responsive to all forms of communication. Nice to be able to pick up the phone and speak with him.

Now onto the watch... all of my watches are black. With this purchase, I thought about adding color. But i also knew i would be wearing this watch regularly, likely alternating with black watches like the sub. Thought about the Hulk, but then decided on the Explorer II.

So, white or black? I really like both. But as you can tell, I really like black watches. Also, i really like the metal outlining the hour and minute hands on the black. Felt black was a little more versatile. So here it is.

My next watch will likely have more than just a hand and lettering in color.

Really enjoying this watch and happy with the purchase. Probably will get about half of my wears for a while.

David is a good guy. Purchased a watch from him recently and visited his shop in Orlando today while on vacation . Great staff and very knowledgeable...Even got offered a Perrier water instead of a diet coke .

Thanks all.

When I take the kids to Disney when they are older, will stop by and buy from him in person.

Congrats! Personally, I like black on the 42 best.

Good move with David. Two of mine come from him.

I just love that watch. I had one and sold it a couple of years ago for something else I had to have at the time. I am seriously thinking about picking up another, huge congrats.
