Help with this 168000 - Is this correct??

I'm looking at a 168000 and something seems off to me. The reference numbers on the case seem to be shifted to the right compared to pics I've looked at in the sales forum here. Has anyone ever seen one with the numbers off Center like this? The funny thing is if you shift the whole block to the left all of the number spacing is perfect. And, they don't line up with any 16800 markings I've seen either. I'm a little stumped. Also, the "ORIG" seems to almost be double stamped. I'm not sure if this is just the lighting though. The seller is a local and says he's had it verified by RSC.
