Hi gang. I haven't owned a Pam in a couple years, though I'm patiently waiting for the right one at the right price to hit the pre-owned market.

The question is, I have a friend I'd like to gift a strap to. I don't know his model number, but he wears it on the old style bracelet. Are the bracelets, particularly that old school type, 44mm only? Or did they make any 42mm Pams that came on bracelet too?

Either 44 or 40 mm Luminors came on bracelets, I think? For a 40 mm, the 50 and 51 come to mind quickly, but there are probably others.
