Is 32500 a good price for a used ROO 44 rg?

Mint condition, but no box or papers. It's been a grail watch for a while now, and I have an opportunity to snag a 2015/16 ROO 44mm RG at 32500. I can also get a brand new, new dial version w/ box and papers for 38500. What do you guys think?

Almost always try to buy with box and papers, otherwise resale is immensely harder. Should be cheaper without box and papers.

Just a word of caution, be careful of fakes these days. I never believe those fakes coming from Asian countries could make the real one but boy I was fooled. These fakers probably could qualify to work in La Brassus at fraction of the minimum wage.

Anyway, B&P should be mandatory in this case since you're spending so much.

+1

I'm not buying a modern 30k watch with no papers. You'll struggle to sell it.

LNIB with full set I would be willing to pay 32-34k usd.

In my opinion, boxand papers are a MUST, if you're spending that kind of money.

They have been very good at making APs for some reason, however the weight of gold is an easy tell.

I agree on B and P.

hard to imagine the original owner paid that much money, took care of the watch (Mint condition) and lost the box and paper. I'd ask the seller to obtain the certificate of authenticity from AP. even that, I'd pay no more than 30K.

if its a store or online seller who is legit ok fine just make sure you get some confirmation from the seller it's 100% authentic.

If the seller cannot provide some proof then forget it

Let me reword that. For that price I would spend the extra and buy brand new. If it was a Rolex sub and you planed on keeping it yes no papers would be tolerable. But for that price hellll nooooo!

Is this thread still going? Don't pay it without the papers. That is a good price with papers and the box.
