First thing that jumps out at me - it's a maxi-dial. I didn't think that watch would be a maxi. The clasp doesn't look like a Rolex clasp. The bezel doesn't line up at 12. The pictures are of poor quality and make it hard to see other details. That in itself is a bad sign.

The band clasp has the typical thumbnail indent as found on counterfeits. The "maxi" dial is like that found on the NYC Chinatown fakes. Also the user name "usajewelers" and "0" feedback are red flags. The watch appears to be a fake.
