The seller states, "THE DIAL IS SIGNED ROLEX TUDOR. WE BELIEVE IT HAS BEEN REFINISHED IN THE PAST. IT IS A SHARP LOOKING DIAL WITH A OUTER MINUTE TRACK. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PICTURES THE DIAL LOOKS A DIFFERENT COLOR UNDER LESS LIGHTING AND THE NUMBERS GLOW. THE CRYSTAL IS IN GOOD CONDITION."
I'd agree, but it wasn't properly refinished, it was changed.
