Going to buy my first
Hello everyone. I've always wanted a nice watch but never had the money to buy/wear one. I would have been too concerned that something would happen to it in order to truly enjoy it.
So now that I've reached a point that I can afford a nice timepiece I began to do my due diligence to find the right watch for me. Below is the criteria I was looking for. A style the won't be outdated (I'm not a fan of the popular giant case size of today) Can be worn with a suit or t-shirt and jeans Reliable A watch I won't tire of (this may be the only watch I buy) Easy to change strap Not too bulky and heavy Clean and simple design I have other criteria but these are the main things I am looking for. Given all that i joined the forum because I have decided on a Rolex Submariner 14060m two liner. I find this to be a great example of what I'm looking for without having to compete in the collectors market. I look forward to the search to find the one for me. I'm really excited and look forward to being a part of the form. |

14060M was my first also three years ago. I waited for decades to get my first Rolex. Wearing it today! I got a four liner from 2008 just because it was the best prospect at the time. Great looking watch and very satisfying to own. Easy to swap straps too. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |
