Pre-owned Rolex shops Chicago

Good Day,

I am hoping some members of this forum can share both their positive and negative experiences buying used Rolex watches in the Chicago Land area?

Any recommendations of stores to check out would be appreciated as well.

I have not shopped there but I know Howard Frum has a decent preowned selection. However, I would personally look towards trusted sellers on here, or Bobswatches.com , and HQMilton.com. Just my 2 cents. Good luck hunting!!

I will only buy watches through one of those vehicles to avoid paying the 10.25% sales tax in Chicago IL. However, I do like to physically try on the watch prior to purchasing.

I've got a guy. Phil Schneider, International Cultured Pearls. He built my wife's engagement ring for me, great guy. I didn't end up buying my rolex through him, but he's very knowledgeable and has been in the business for many years. Tell him Steve from Columbus/Little Rock sent you. He moved his shop a couple years ago, but I think he's at Madison and Wabash in the Heyworth building now.

Sure, if you don't mind a six-month service wait time.
Oh and don't forget his priority mail shipping.
