Next purchase confusion!

Hi Guys!!

So I am in a bit of a dilemma regarding the next purchase. So the missus has decided that she wants a yellow gold rolex and is pressuring me to buy one aswell or else she wont get it (I am lucky to have a wife like her :p ). So we went into the rolex ad and she chose the Yellow gold datejust with the president bracelet and I had opted for a GMT with the green dial. However considering my current rolex collection (BLNR, Hulk, Bluesy, DJ 36) do you guys feel that this is the right way to go ? I have also looked at a Day date 40 and a Day Date 36 but just can not decide as to which one to pull the trigger on. I do like to know that the watches I purchase will somewhat retain value over 10-15 years (i do buy them to wear them but its always good to know that the money is there whenever i need it!)

So guys what do you think i should do!!!

Attaching pictures of the options:

Watch for the wife

My choices!!

Based on your current line up--very nice collection--I would look at a DD 40 or if you like chronos a YG Daytona. Not a Daytona fan myself, but many are. On second thought...a DD 40 is perfect for your rotation.

The GMT would pair up nicely with the wife's watch...but the DD40 is an incredible watch. Tough choice.

Your SS watches mean you are covered nicely, so you are free to buy the gold watch that sings to you the most, so start listening... to your heart I mean, not the missus, plenty of time for that afterwards.

I would go with the Day Date (either 36 or 40) sans diamonds

Oh so cute, matching green dials...LOL!!! Get a DD40!

I love/had the Green anniversary GMT. I think long term wise this watch will retain, if not gain value once it's discontinued. In fact, I'm surprise it's still in circulation?
