Rolex symbol
Hi everyone,
I bought recently a new submariner 114060 (which is absolutely amazing). I showed the watch to my 4.5 y.o girl (she loved it) & asked her "whats that symbol on the clasp?" I expected to hear a crown obviously... The answer was "dad...it's an oyster" it blew my mind off.. I searched the net for the logo meaning and it's says that no one know exactly whats the crown meaning... Could it be an oyster really? |

It's a coronet but I could see how the clasp lock could be mistaken as an oyster as they have to make it one piece because if each tyne of the coronet was separate they would snap off. Congratulations on the sub!
