SS GMT 116710LN in UK ADs window.

Just FYI guys, if anyone is after a steel GMT there's one in the window of Goldsmiths in Merry Hill. The duty manager is Katie

They also have a steel Sub Date that a customer has "reserved" till 4pm today but apparently he's not answering any calls from Goldsmiths, so maybe it's worth giving them a ring.

Their number is 01384 481148

Here's the Sub Date, still no sign of the guy who apparently reserved it. If any one is after a Sub, here's your chance!

Really!? Well that was totally opposite of what they told me. They said the Sub would be going in the window at 4pm if the guy that reserved it didn't turn up.

6200 lb = 7300 USD. With 20% VAT back (for visitors). It is only $5850. No wonder there is no stock in Europe.

Not sure what exchange rate you got but Ł6200 is over $8000? Also, the tax return for visitors travelling out of the UK is normally around 12~13% of purchase price (depending on admin charges) [not 20%]

They don't like people inquiring who have heard about it on the forums. They'd rather sell these to locals.

Was you told Dave that they'd sell to somebody off the street if they couldn't get the guy to pick up? / No mention of next on the list?

There was no mention of a list! All they said was a guy had reserved it but they were having trouble contacting him, so if they couldn't get hold of him then it was going in the window at 4pm today for sale. I said I would be posting it on TRF so it would probably sell if the guy didn't have it, they said it was a great idea and even wanted me to mention they have a BLRO that they want sold.

Anybody finds a new Hulk from an AD, please let me know.

My local AD is a little bit slow...

sorry, my bad. When I googled it, it gave me $7200. Anyway, even with $8000 and only 12% refund, it is $7040. The sticker price for that in US is $8550. IF you are lucky enough to get 10% discount and find a way to avoid paying tax, you are still looking $7700.

Hey ho. Not to worry he's gone on a few lists at ADs now. Worth a try
