Wash the watch with a soft child’s toothbrush, then rinse and pat dry with a microfiber cloth.

Happens all the time. Around the bezel as well as the areas you pointed out.

Little soap, little water, clean cloth or Q-tip should do the trick. (apply gently)

I'd just moisten the tip of a Q-tip and rub gently to see if it comes loose, touch up with a microfiber (double folded so your fingernails don't go through and scratch the metal). Looks like some residue.

Nice watch and as others have said, some warm water, a soft toothbrush and q-tip should do the trick

I dont think you'll ever be able to get rid of those... you should just sell it to me at a discount and be done w it!!! .... water and a bit of soap should do, I've had
them on the SS offshores before.

I have that too. Never been able to get rid of it. I always wondered if it's left over reside from the sticky plastic wrap.
