Purest form of luxury?

Having this piece of finely crafted steel on my wrist for past 2 weeks, I have the thought that Royal Oak perhaps the purest form of luxury watch with evergreen industrial design. Especially the silver dial RO.

A no-nonsense tool watch from afar but intrinsically a piece of jewellery due to micro details. The design of the dial, bezel, case, bracelet and movement formed the complete package.

Is it a tool watch or a sport watch? Or perhaps even a dress watch? That depends on how it’s being worn. The watch is basically a perfect canvas for owner to put on their marks. Or scratches
