I read this article using Google Translator (French to English) via the camera in my IPhone.

I am a big fan of Rolex watches.......A fan of Che?.......not so much.......nope. To each his own.......

So it's saying that Che was given the watches by Castro (who must have stolen every Rolex in Cuba) and he expected to get them back when "this silly misunderstanding" had been resolved.
