Panerai Luminor Marina 104 or Milgauss GV

Since the Mil GV price is coming down to under $7K, probably have it added complimenting the white dial...however the PAM 104 is also gorgeous.

Which one would you choose?

TIA

What else you have in your collection? Do you have a collection goal?

If you already have a Mil white dial, I'd probably buy the Panerai to round out the collection. Better yet, buy a GMT IIc ... gives the black dial complimentary look to the white dial while being a pro series (crown guards) more rugged looking watch (like the PAM).

I like thing in set.

For example: SS Daytona I like blk & white dial (which I currently have).

With that said, if I keep the white dial Milgauss, would like to add the blk and GV.

The ss subdate is my beater so maybe a red sub one of these day.

The PAM 104 is a really nice watch...IMO.

Apparently the consensus on the Rolex Forum is that the Panerai is nicer than the novel and elegant Milgauss. I couldn't disagree more, but what are you going to do.

If you already have a white dial Mil, I would definitely get the 104. Unless you really like the GV :)

I'd go with the Milgauss GV with the Rolex in-house movement. Better longterm investment.

Pick up the GV, sell the white and get the 104. Done!
