Takuya is Fantastic!

I just want to report yet another fantastic transaction with Thanh Do AKA Takuya. This was my first nice watch purchase, and all the previous feedback on this forum gave me the confidence to purchase with him instead of my local AD - who was great, but wasn't willing to negotiate on price on the Pelagos LHD.

I asked him a few questions about the watch over the weekend, and he responded almost immediately. I wired him the money on Tuesday morning at 9:30, and it was delivered to my office today at 9:15. Less than 24 hours from purchase to delivery. Unbelievable. Not only that, but he informed me of the successful transfer of funds before my bank did, provided me all the tracking information immediately, and even texted me letting me know the watch had been delivered before my receptionist had even sat down after signing for the FedEx delivery person.

It was an incredibly smooth process, and Takuya has earned my business moving forward. If you're considering purchasing from a trusted seller, I cannot recommend Takuya highly enough!
