What do you guys do in your lunch period

I've got an app on my phone called MapMyWalk & usually try to walk 2 miles each day. Great for breaking up the day & clearing my head

Interested what some of you guys do ?

Some pictures from my walk today at lunchtime ;.)

Great pictures. You are in a lovely locale.

I don't usually get a lunch time. I eat at my desk.

Keep up the lunch break walking. I'm also in the exercise during lunch group.

people get time to eat at work? this is a new concept to me!

I hardly get a lunch break at my work, and if I do, I generally spend 5 minutes stuffing my face with some pizza or a sandwich in the middle of dealing with a customer. labor laws are kinda brushed under the rug at my workplace.

When I get lunch, it's usually while driving due to the nature of my work.....or at a nice restaurant with customers.

No “lunch break”. We have lunch delivered for all employees then give everyone an hour and a half to go to the gym throughout the afternoon. Have employees that have never worked out before now going to the gym 5 days a week.

The thought is you are getting more done if you don't take lunch. Truth is you are not.

You are indeed doubly blessed. To have a structured lunch period and have such inspiring pedestrian paths to trod.

Spend about 15 min heating up and eating my food. The next 15-20 min is spent at my desk reading trf, styleforum, and omegaforums.

I go to the gym. I can get in 30 minutes of quality lifting then back to the office to shovel down my lunch at my desk.

It looks gorgeous there!

I am mobile, on-site service, and I work through lunch everyday.

My goal is to be home by 2pm everyday!

I go upstairs from my basement shop and have lunch with my wife and kids. They're home schooled. Or we may be out running errands and have lunch together.

I go out with my team almost everyday for lunch. In fact, we go out for coffee every morning and sometimes in the afternoon we'll go out for coffee/tea/ice cream/beer.

I go to the gym daily and shower before heading back. An hour is just the right amount of time to focus on what I need to do😉

No official lunch break. Sometimes I eat sometimes I don’t. Never pack a lunch and rarely leave for much. If someone is ordering lunch in and it sounds good I jump in. If not I don’t bother. Maybe eat a protein bar.

Every lunch break is seen as the opportunity for another meeting and often are booked weeks in advance.

My general feeling on the matter is that while I'm at work I work. While I'm in the car or at home, I'm not thinking about work.

Unless of course there's a work emergency that requires my attention.
