Rosewood Mayakopa
This place is humbling. We arrived late afternoon yesterday.
This is a “once in a lifetime” experience for us. I keep having to remind my wife not to get used to it. But I remember Paul (texex) once recommending Rosewood to another TRF vacation seeker. It was a fluke that we ended up here, but we could not be more thrilled. I’ll post pics as the days go on. Wow. A boat took us to our suite.

Friend and I were riding down to Punta Allen at the end of the peninsula some years back, he wrecked along the way and busted his tip/fib combo... the area being so pristine and remote wound up to not be a great place to wreck ... it all sorted out in the end. a kind local offered to secure the motorcycles for me while I saw to my friend at the hospital up in Cancun. 2 days later when I returned the bikes were safe and sound in one of the rental huts. He gave me a bill for 2 nights double occupancy, for the two motorcycles (no humans)... I paid the man and had a good laugh.

What an incredible place.
The lady dropped some law today. Apparently I was on the phone checking and responding to email too much. Gotta love her. She’s looking out for my sanity. More pics to come. But likely when she is asleep. Ha. What a day though. Just incredible. I love Mexico. Always have. But this is out of control.
