Many thanks for the socks!

I came home from work today and a small package was waiting for me. When I opened it I was surprised to find some very cool socks. The note explained that Mon won BBL's (DM) Happy Socks give away and kindly gifted them to me.

Many thanks to both Mon and DM for the lovely thoughts and the cool socks.

Which pair of your shoes do you think these will pair best with?

Awesome, just too bad I would have to order a pair via MTO instead of Ready to Wear.

My mailman can't find the post office on the first attempt.

The service from both USPS and UPS has deteriorated badly here in the last few years. UPS is usually responsive to complaints. the post office couldn't care less. The postmaster won't answer his phone, so I went in person to complain. I was told to call him for an appointment. It sounds like a joke, but unfortunately it's the way this one operates.

Thanks for the socks Mon. The missus tried to steal them from me, but I'll be keeping these.

I can't even tell from the picture and that's why I think Dainite works so well for so many different applications. It's not that obvious.

PS: After a second look I could tell, but it's still not that obvious.

Nice! Cool gesture

As a sidenote: Don't wear them too often, my experience with happy socks is that they tend to lose their happiness after a few cycles in the washing machine.

Thanks Bas. I'll add these to my hand wash collection. My mercerized cotton socks don't like the machine either.

Abdullah ~ You are welcome! Enjoy!
I think they are perfect for making that 2017 photo with Santa very memorable! Mon, don't you agree?
Blessings,
DM

ps: The sox journey to your house was adventurous and fits well into the proverbial "are we there yet" joy ride. So, they are "winners", too!
It was a pleasure working with Mon for your surprise.

Great stuff. Some many giving and generous folks here.

You have excellent taste in shoes. Love both, but really love the JL's. How unique!

City III’s in khaki museum calf and linen. Spectators aren’t for everyone, but I think these work well.
