Bedtime watch wearers

Hey,

Since i was young i always would wear a watch during my sleep. At the moment im currently using this one as my bedtime watch. Tried sleeping with my Rolex on but my wrist seems to find it too heavy when it slides about. Im use to wearing light watches in my sleep. I need a watch to tell the time during my little wake ups during the night and my wrist would feel naked if i didnt have one on as im really use to having worn one!!. So guys what do you wear?

Thank You,
trek

I have wore seadwellers and subs 24/7 for about 12 years no problems, although my father which is a watchrepairman has replaced many cracked crystals from bedtime wearers..

Either my Speedmaster Pro or Submaster graces my wrist at night. I have no problem wearing it to bed.

I never wear my watch to bed..........

Unless it's at a really cheap motel....

If I want to know the time, it's too easy to slightly open one eye and look at the big LED display on the bedside table..

I've worn a watch in bed for years, usually on bracelets though, not straps.
Most often my GMT or the 5513.
Haven't worn the GV to bed, yet.

My Tudor Chrono never comes off unless I'm playing mechanic or doing yardwork. The lume lasts until 1-2am so i can usually tell what time it is at night.

Depends, tried the Daytona, comfortable to wear, but my eyes couldn't focus on the time in the middle of the night.
I prefer the 232, nice & eazy to read with the 3, 6,9 & 12
Someof my others don't have a 6 so, when it is 4 am, I have to count the markers. Not good when you've just woken up.

Sounds like your a likely candidate for a Luminox, Traser or even Ball watch. If you're just looking for the functionality, not the glitz then check out any of the mb-microtec equipped watches.

Wearing a Daytona to bed comes in handy when timing yourself.

This is my bedtime watch when I'm at home. Has got sufficient lume for me to see the time at night. When I'm travelling, it would depend on which watch I have on at the time.

I've always worn a watch 24/7, but since I started wearing nice watches (about 7 years ago), I started removing them before I get in the shower. Otherwise, on me all the time.

I wear the watch on my left wrist, and sleep on the right of my wife. She puts on hand lotion each night, and every morning my watch has smudgy goo all over the crystal. Guess thats the price you pay for love!

Like you Trek, I also like to wear a watch, so that I know what the time is.I feel slightly at odds if I don't know it

I used to always take mine off, but once I got in the habit of wearing it all the time, I feel naked without it. I prefer going to sleep with my Black Monster because it outlasts any of the others.

My watch comes off when I come home in the evening and doesn't return to my wrist unless I go out again or until the morning when I leave the house. I never wear a watch to bed, in the shower or in a swimming pool............

As a young Army Infantry Officer who spent many months in the field I got quite used to wearing a watch 24/7, still do.
