Four cornered Rolex

Being the Golf player and bigger PGA tour fan that I am, I have seen Phil Mickelson Fri and today(haven’t seen footage or pics of The first round) wearing a rectangular/ four cornered watch. It was pretty easy to see on zfridays round as he didn’t get any coverage today on the back nine. I have followed Phil for years and know he wears whatever model on a strap opposed to bracelet. I have always thought that some if not most of his playing watches were the Cellini line. Just curious, anyone else notice this? The Motherships website has no such watches in the lineup.Thx for reading

Yes I noticed he was wearing a rectangular shaped watch. It was not his usual Cellini.

I saw it too. He’s a Rolex Testimonee, so I’d only imagine that it’s a Cellini Prince in white gold. He usually is in the Danaos though. Can’t find any photos unfortunately

Thank you. Maybe vintage Rolex? Certainly he wouldn’t wear any other brand.

Here's a photo, although it's not great quality. I immediately thought of the JLC Reverso, but not sure.

Update: After looking around, I figured out that it's a Cellini Prince (ref. 5543/9). Looks like some of you beat me to it!

I went looking on the website and didn't see anything. I vaguely remember one of the links I followed saying 2009.

I agree. But then again, I wear the "old man Rolex" according to some folks.

Talk about collections, I would go out on a limb and guess Phil and Federer along with Butch Harmon have massive Rolex collections.

Corrext. Rolex retired them the year after the new Cellini collection was introduced. 2016 if I recall correctly

I think that's a safe bet.
