Rexrod selling Tudor 79220N and 79220R

Be aware of this guy goes with the name of Steve W. Alice aka Rexrod. He was selling a Tudor 79220N to me but after I wired $1650US to him, he never replied my email.

His email: Poppega213 AT aol DOT com

He said his account could not receive money from international bank and asked me to wire the money to his wife. Here is the bank account of his wife and address:

House address: 77 Bluxome St, San Francisco, CA 94107

Bank name: Wells Fargo
Account Name: Guadalupe Potter
Account Number: 2086208531

I was stupid to trust this guy without any proof. Hope you fellow Rolex members are more careful than me.

Kevin

Did this take place here, or elsewhere?

The user "Rexrod" just posted watches for sale today but has a different email address and offered a FTF in New York (unlikely he'd want money wired to SF). Is it possibly somebody impersonated his screen name?

Oldcake66 - sorry to hear this but that was absolutely not me. I have never sold a Tudor, I am not in San Francisco, and that email has a typo. I’m also pretty certain that this did not occur in this forum. If I had to guess, this may have been in TZ in which someone hacked my account. I reported the incident shortly thereafter, they locked the account and have since not used that site. Rexrod.
