That store is a miserable place, so hopefully they can turn that ship around... doubtful.

They need a culture change. Hopefully this is something that Bucherer can do. Won't be easy.

I think they didn’t read the reviews of Tourneau here before writing the check.

I’m surprised anyone at Tourneau took the time to talk to them.

Or maybe they did.

I don't know anything about Tourneau, except what I've read here, which is enough for me to steer clear should I ever find myself near one.

It'll be interesting to read how things will go for Bucherer here in the States.

Maybe we get the "Blue" Black Bay Bronze introduced in the US in the future (Bucherer special).

That means Bucherer limited editions (such as the Blue Black Bay-Bronze) available in the US!

This is good news, I've had only one transaction with Bucherer at their store in Lucerne, and they were nothing but friendly and professional.

I still remember back in the day when Tourneau was the only Patek AD in Houston. Thankfully, Patek pulled their AD status here and now a much better AD took their place.

No where to go but up, seriously they can't be "less" than they are right now so how is this bad in any way?

I just bought a Rolex Explorer II polar F-series from Tourneau. Their staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The watch is in superb condition and the price is just right. So far I don't have the bad experience that some of you had with Tourneau. It might be a new year's resolution for them in 2018.

Congrats - that’s a great model.

If you feel the same way in 12 months, then alls well. As long as the watch doesn’t have a problem in that time, you’ll not either.
