Opinions Please
Hello everyone .. I'm curious about opinions you guys may have about putting a leather strap on my 116233.
As many longtime members here know, I have have one heck of a ride with my health over the past couple of years, and as such my weight has gone up and down due to the different treatments I have undergone. The same longtime members will also know my love for the DJ and my crazy habit of buying them whenever one catches my eye. One of my favorite DJ's is my 116233 silver dial with jubilee bracelet I bought brand new in October 2016. The only problem with this watch is that it is like my tridor masterpiece and my day dates being I can't adjust the bracelet like I can my older DJ's (16233's, 16203, 16013's) and with my weight going up and down it can be a bit of a pain. My thought it to perhaps put a leather strap on my 116233, but I'd kind of like something like the 116139 (end links to cover the gap, and a clasp, but in TT). I think that would look much better than just putting a leather strap on a TT DJ. What do you guys think, and where do you think I could perhaps find a TT clasp like the TT oyster clasps found on a 116203? Perhaps TT end links for a 116203 as well? Any ideas or opinions would be greatly appreciated. |
