New Blue DateJust 36mm

Hi guys!

I wanted to buy 116234 with silver face but while traveling I got an absolute killer offer on a blue one! 22% off the price tag.

Here’s the beauty

Pulled the trigger.

I’m still pondering was it the right decision.
I was also told that for 500€ I can get the dial replaced at Rolex no problem. I would have two dials and still pay less than what I was offered on high street.

What are your thoughts buddy’s? Who prefers the blue or the silver!

Love the blue dial and the roulette date wheel. Great choice! Silver is more understated but the blue dials really pop.

Beautiful watch. Blue is very popular but, if given a choice, I would prefer the silver dial. It's great that there are so many dial choices for the 36 mm DJ.

Our current FBI Director sports a gorgeous blue dial DJ Turnograph. Looks really sharp.

New Blue DateJust 36mm

LoL

Thanks guys!
Here are both next to each other

Any opinions on getting second dial? If I’ll get bored, Shouldn’t be a big issue to swap them one day at ARSC since it was their idea.
Funny thing- after wearing it all day I’m starting to love the blue. And the roulette date...

Someone at Rolex said that they would sell you a second dial? I don't think it works that way.

In two different counties- Today in Marbella, Spain and in Warsaw, Poland where I live (called authorized salon today). 550 euro and no problem.
I only dread the Idea of anyone leaving a mark while doing the swap.
One more pic from the Spanish store. With mr. white.

However they couldn’t beat the Warsaw airport offer. 15% was max...

I couldn’t refuse the offer I got in Warsaw even though it was not my primary color...

I was also told that the latest silver version doesn't come with the roulette date. Can any one confirm that?

Guess I'm not the only one...

It's a beauty. Very nicely configured Date-Just! I would wear it just the way it is; don't be in a rush to change that gorgeous blue dial.

I much prefer the blue dial.

Also, on the issue of the dial swap I do not think they will sell you a second dial from an AD. I don't know what the costs are but if they have quoted you a price of $500 that's always been to swap the dial over where they keep your blue dial. That is my understanding on it anyway.

I think you already have the nicer dial in the blue.

Very nice...congrats.

I think the blue is perhaps a little more legible. And I love blue dials, so that's my vote.
